We are a small, independently-owned, 16-bed backpackers's haven. Newly renovated and with modern decor, our affordable hostel offers the best hostel experience in Ottawa. Here at the Barefoot, we bring travellers together and want you to have the best possible time in Ottawa. The Barefoot is owned and operated by a local backpacker and he is always happy to hear about your travels and offer some sage advice.

Checking In
Check-In is located right next door at The Swiss Hotel, our parent property. The entrance is located on 89 Daly Ave. Just pick up the phone in the entrance, and we'll check you in!

Brand New, The Barefoot has 4 mixed dormitory styled rooms (4 beds per room) starting at $29.00 per person.
- Our live 24/7 reservation system offers the speed and convenience of one-stop availability checking and instant booking & confirmation

- All rooms are NON-SMOKING!
- There are 3 spacious bathrooms that are shared.
